  • 1 - 1,5 Tsp chutney pudi
  • 1 Tsp ghee or oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

    • If the rice is freshly cooked, spread it out on a plate to cool slightly, preventing it from becoming too sticky.
  2. Mix in Chutney Pudi:

    • In a large bowl, add the cooked rice, chutney pudi, and salt to taste.
  3. Add Ghee:

    • Drizzle the ghee over the rice and chutney powder.
  4. Combine:

    • Gently mix everything together until the rice is evenly coated with the chutney powder and ghee.
  5. Serve:

    • Serve hot with papad or yogurt for a simple, delicious meal.
