Negroni is a classic Italian cocktail made with equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.
Ingredients
- Gin
- Campari
- Sweet vermouth
- Orange peel
- Ice
Directions
- Pour 40ml of your favourite Gin in a mixing glass.
- Pour 40ml of Campari.
- Pour 40ml of Sweet Vermouth.
- Stir well.
- In a the serving glass, put a big chunk of ice. Stir the ice to chill the glass.
- Pour the cocktail mixture over the ice.
- Take the orange peel and rub it across the rim of the glass and use it as garnish.
Ready to serve. Voila!
